SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery

IQELA delivers to all postal addresses India. However, courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so customers must provide a complete street address, including a postal/zip code.

Orders placed during the daytime will be dispatched on the same day.

Our courier partners, such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and Speed Post, may not provide a signature confirmation in such cases.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid disputes.

Deliveries may be delayed on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the price of individual products. Customers benefit from reduced shipping costs for additional items in their order. Shipping rates are based on weight, rounded up to the next 500 grams per the policies of our courier partners.

Customers can check and calculate shipping costs before placing an order.

Free Shipping (India Only)

We offer FREE SHIPPING for deliveries within India. Customers must provide a complete postal address with the correct PIN code to avoid delays.

Orders sent to girls' colleges, schools, or hostels are at the customer’s risk.

If a warden or school authority refuses the package, IQELA is not liable for refunds or re-shipments.

Customers requesting specific delivery dates must mention them in the order notes.

Courier Services

Orders are shipped via the fastest available air courier services, such as USPS, DHL, TNT, and Speed Post, with delivery times ranging from 48 to 72 hours for major international cities.

Weight-based shipping charges apply, rounded up to the next 500 grams.

Alternative shipping options may be available upon request.

Large orders may qualify for special shipping quotes.

Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate packages for safety and efficiency.

All products are shipped from Surat, Gujarat, India.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost. In case of non-delivery by the courier, customers will not suffer any loss. However, IQELA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.

Shipment Notifications & Tracking Once

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive an email with tracking details, including the tracking number and courier website information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 business hours to activate.

Customers can check their order status via the IQELA website.

Address Changes & Corrections

Customers may request address changes within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at Iqelaindia@gmail.com

Incorrect addresses may result in penalties or additional charges by the courier, which the customer must bear.

If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

Additional service charges by courier companies may apply. 8. Lost Shipments In case a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15-20 days before reprocessing or reshipping the order.
