Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all postal addresses India. However, courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete street address with a valid postal/ZIP code.

Orders placed during the daytime are eligible for same-day dispatch.

Deliveries to the India may be left at the doorstep if no one is available to receive them. In such cases, our courier partners ( DHL, FEDEX, TNT, Speed Post, etc.) may not provide a signed confirmation.

Ensure that someone is available to receive the package to avoid disputes regarding non-receipt.

Deliveries are generally made during standard working hours, which may vary by country.

No shipments are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Free Shipping in India

We offer FREE SHIPPING to all addresses within India. Please ensure the address provided is complete and accurate to prevent delivery delays.

Shipments to schools, colleges, and hostels are sent at the customer’s risk. If refused or unaccepted, no refund or reshipment will be processed.

Refund & Return Policy

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

  • Received the wrong product
  • Received the wrong color
  • Received the wrong size
  • Product was damaged upon delivery

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only for orders that meet the return criteria.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Custom Duties & Taxes

VAT, customs taxes, and import duties are beyond our control and must be paid directly by the buyer. Customers are responsible for any additional charges levied by their country’s customs authorities.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait 15-20 days before reprocessing/reshipping the order.

IQELA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery by the courier.

Order Tracking & Address Changes

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is shipped.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Address modifications are allowed within 24 hours of order placement.

Any penalty incurred due to an incorrect address must be borne by the customer.
